Junior Product Owner

Fenige is a dynamically developing Polish fintech that implements payment technologies for merchants and money transfer systems within Mastercard and VISA payment organizations. Being a principal acquiring member, it offers acquiring (e-commerce) and international multichannel fund transfer services.

Junior Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Define the product proposition, strategy towards the preselected verticals in B2B (EU);
• Create and update a product backlog for delivering a set of vertical-tailored payment solutions and products;
• Manage and support a workgroup/team of various internal and external employees and stakeholders in delivering the product: operations, compliance, IT, business development, legal;
• Prepare requirements for IT systems needed for delivery;
• Lead an in-life optimization of the product value;
• Manage product profitability and commercial success;
• Prepare status reports for internal and external users.

An outstanding candidate should have:

• Strong product development background in payments industry (acquiring);
• Impeccable attention to details;
• Multilingual – English is a must, Polish/Russian is a huge plus;
• Have an outstanding self-management, prioritization skills;
• Ability to survive the stress and pressure of very optimistic deadlines and super demanding stakeholders;
• Sound knowledge of Scrum framework;
• Being part of compliance professionals networks.
