Zakres obowiązków

Briefly: Responsibility for finance and reporting processes of polish entity (local accounting + group reporting)

ACCOUNTANCY:

Supervision of proper operation of accounting (Team management -2/3 people)
Calculating and preparing tax declarations (VAT, CIT etc.) in co-op with Chief Accountant
Preparing full financial statements (P&L, BS, CF) in co-op with Chief Accountant
Monthly/Quarterly reporting
Cooperation with local and global structures (Regional FD)
Preparing necessary reports for different institutions (Banks, Tax authorities, Central Statistical Office)
Intercompany reconciliations
Inventory and stock control activities
Conducting and controlling settlements with banks, suppliers, recipients, other contractors and provisions
Manage and coordinate the annual external audit process and tax inspections
Cooperation with external payroll provider

(GROUP) REPORTING/CONTROLLING:

Preparation and analysis of financial & business reports
Management reporting to HQ as well as preparing analysis and business explanations regarding the figures in the reports
Budgeting and forecasting processes in co-op with Country Manager
Finance BP closely working with Group and other departments
Supporting General Manager and Group in financial projects

Min. 4-5 years of experience on complex finance role (Finance/Accounting Manager; Chief Accountant with reporting duties)
Practical experience in preparing tax declarations and financial statements
Operational (not only managerial) experience in covering finance area for company (accounting, controlling, reporting)
Wide area of duties (taxes, financial statements, reporting)
Practical knowledge of polish reporting and tax compliance requirements
Profile: business oriented, 'team player' with clearly communication with various levels of management, hands-on approach
Very good command of English (both spoken and written)
Experience in SAP (added value but not necessary condition)
