Zakres obowiązków

  • Participate in the process of setting up the structure in cooperation with external providers and with local authorities
  • Providing basic data to accounting agent and verifying the financial statements upon Polish GAAP
  • Providing basic data to accounting agent and verifying the trial balance for the purpose of preparing the consolidated financial statements upon IFRS
  • Oversee the preparation of management accounts, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support business strategies.
  • Analyze financial data to provide insights on profitability, cost control, and performance improvement.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide variance analysis with recommendations.
  • Collaborate with senior management to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
  • Ensure accurate allocation of costs across departments and business units.
  • Conduct financial analysis on product performance, pricing strategies, and cost optimization.
  • Support regulatory reporting and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Implement and improve management accounting processes and reporting systems.
  • Provide training and guidance to other finance team members.

Wymagania

  • Previous experience in management accounting, in a senior/expert-level role (minimum of 3 years).
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, tax law and risk management principles (college diploma/certificate required; ACCA, CIMA, AICPA or similar certification is an added advantage).
  • Fluency in Polish and English; knowledge of Korean will be an advantage
  • Working experience in ERP-class systems, preferably Oracle
