Zakres obowiązków

  • Collaborate with business teams to refine acceptance criteria and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Guide and mentor the team to embed quality in all activities, including unit tests, user story creation, and test automation.
  • Continuously enhance quality within the team through solution design, workflow optimization, and monitoring.
  • Proficient in any programming language, with a preference for scripting languages.
  • Capable of developing and maintaining custom Test Automation Frameworks.
  • Knowledgeable in QA methodologies, testing techniques, and Built-In-Quality principles.
  • Skilled in creating and anticipating the needs for executing test cases.
  • Experienced in working with REST APIs and extensive test automation.
  • Familiar with Git.
  • Understands IT systems operations and the communication between mobile applications, backend, and external systems.
  • Analytical, assertive, and proactive thinker.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management skills, adaptable to a fast-paced agile environment.
  • Experienced in agile development settings.

Wymagania

  • Minimum of 3 years in a QA Lead or Test Automation Engineer role.
  • Proficient in Ruby, as our test automation framework utilizes it.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and integrating Test Automation Setup in CI/CD pipelines.
  • Active contributor to open-source projects and personal GitHub repositories.
  • Skilled in managing large-scale, distributed, and business-critical systems.
  • Strong grasp of Version Control, Docker, Cloud, CI/CD, administration, and system internals.
  • Practical experience with KIBANA, JIRA, and XRAY (JIRA plugin for test execution).
  • Knowledgeable in PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
  • Experienced with Behavior-Driven Development.
