Zakres obowiązków

* Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy
* Leading the supply chain departments to have the most cost-effective materials in the right quantities, at the right quality, at the right time, at the right place in the factory
* Leading the purchasing department to select and contract the best suppliers globally and manage fast new component developments while ensuring required quality
* Leading the logistics department to optimize material planning, material ordering and stock keeping
* Define, control and report on supply chain KPI's
* Define and manage of subordinate operating budget and responsibility for operating costs incurred
* Continuously develop and maintain supply chain organization (processes, systems (SAP), LEAN manufacturing and employees (skills) to improve competencies and performance)
* Ensure policies, procedures, activities, etc. are compliant with company rules, local laws, regulations and ordinances
* Ensuring compliance of HSE regulations
* Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions in timely manner
* Build and maintain relationship with vendors, supply chain stakeholders
* Perform make or buy analyses

Wymagania

* 5-10 years' experience in Supply Chain Management
* Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, ability to influence, leadership
* Ability to manage human resources, delegate authority and supervise the proper performance of tasks by subordinates.
* Ability to build business relationships based on trust
* Business orientation and problem-solving skills
* Result oriented
