About the Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Finance Analyst plays a vital role in forecasting activities, optimizing profitability, supporting fundraising efforts, and influencing the strategic direction of the organization. This position requires not only strong technical expertise and analytical skills but also a high level of emotional intelligence to foster relationships with operational teams, management, and external advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the forecasting process for both internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee the annual budgeting process.
Collaborate with Operations to define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.
Support the Group Financial Controller in month-end reviews, analyzing business performance against KPIs and budget targets.
Prepare monthly financial reports and presentations for the Board.
Develop financial models for expansion and M&A initiatives.
Create working capital models and presentations for fundraising activities.
Participate in ad hoc projects aimed at improving financial performance.
Provide customized financial reports and presentations as needed.

Wymagania

Qualified Accountant.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for identifying trends and inconsistencies.
Experience in building comprehensive financial models for analysis and forecasting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to process improvement.
Willingness to challenge the status quo and drive positive change.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Previous experience in a fast-paced commercial or high-growth setting is preferred.
