Zakres obowiązków

  • Legal research on Polish and EU law, including preparation of analyses and memoranda
  • Drafting and reviewing basic legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
  • Supporting the preparation of legal opinions, due‑diligence reports, and client presentations
  • Assisting in transactional and advisory projects under senior supervision
  • Monitoring legislative changes and case law developments relevant to client matters
  • Day‑to‑day cooperation with lawyers from other offices within the international firm
  • Supporting ongoing client relationships and internal knowledge‑sharing initiatives


Wymagania



  • Required:
    • Master's degree in Law (completed or in the final stage of studies)
    • 0-2 years of professional experience, including internships, traineeships, or junior associate roles
    • Very good command of English (written and spoken)
    • Strong legal research and analytical skills
    • Accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail
    • Motivation to learn, develop, and work in a demanding, high‑quality legal environment
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team


    Nice to have:
    • Previous experience in an international law firm or reputable legal practice
    • Interest in one or more practice areas such as:
      • Corporate / M&A
      • Banking & Finance
      • Real Estate
      • Dispute Resolution
      • Regulatory or Competition law
    • Knowledge of additional foreign languages (e.g. German)
    • First exposure to cross‑border or international legal matters
