Zakres obowiązków

  • Managing the HR and payroll team
  • Preparing job descriptions and evaluations
  • Supporting employees in HR matters
  • Preparing HR documents, including drafting and recording documentation related to the conclusion and termination of contracts
  • Controlling the use of leave, the validity of medical examinations, health and safety training and others required by labour legislation
  • Establishing a recruitment policy
  • Addressing benefits-related issues - tracking trends and selecting the most suitable options to meet employees' needs
  • Overseeing employee training and development
  • Maintaining constant communication with Management to ensure effective development of the organisation
  • Supporting management in developing positive team relations


Wymagania

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working as an HR Manager with similar challenges
  • Ability to build and manage a team - both hard and soft HR
  • Experience in a dynamic business or start-up environment - experience in the medical services or retail industry is a plus
  • Maturity, decision-making ability, and willingness to take responsibility for those decisions
  • Knowledge of English at a level that allows you to communicate freely.
  • Experience in preparing HR documents, including drafting and managing documentation for contract conclusions and terminations
  • Effective management and drafting of HR policies and strategies
  • Communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships - examples of cooperations with management
