Your responsibilities

• Line management for a team of maintenance associates; planning work and managing crewing levels, conducting training, and ensuring that all attendance, performance, and disciplinary matters are dealt with in accordance with company procedures
• Management of human resources
• Management of technical resources: automatic production line and automatic packaging line, and also AGV system for warehouse
• Ensuring the proper functioning of machines, devices, networks and installations by carrying out preventive and maintenance activities along with improving their efficiency, technical condition and safety
• Ensuring proper functioning of the Spare Parts Warehouse for machines and devices
• Supervision over the technical documentation of subordinate machines, and devices
• Planning and supervising the proper use of the department's budget
• Implementation of procedures, instructions according to IATF 16949
• Coordination and supervision of works performed by external companies on the premises of the plant
• Compliance with health and safety and fire protection regulations and rules, procedures and instructions and enforcing them from employees
• Cooperation with other Ningbo Tuopu Group plants, sharing best practices and implementing joint solutions
• Setting department goals (KPIs), monitoring, reporting and optimizing KPIs

Our requirements

• Technical education in the following fields: automation, robotics, computer science or related
• Group 1 electrical license (SEP)
• Experience in a similar position (Automation, Robotics).
• Professional experience of at least 3 years in a similar position in the automotive industry, and at least 5 years' experience in non-standard automotive equipment maintenance
• Higher technical education (preferably in automatics and robotics area)
• Familiar with Yaskawa and optional Yamaha, KUKA robot programming
• Experienced Siemens PLC programming/debugging ability would be an asset
• Local industrial water/electricity/compressed gas requirements
• Knowledge of Labor Law and health and safety regulations
