• Providing tactical human resources support to Line Managers on various human resources areas, including staffing, compensation, attrition, succession, and employee relations

Twój zakres obowiązków

• Delivery of pro-active, customer oriented support for all aspects of the SAP Sales & Distribution module within the Capita Group, ensuring that all project developments are achieved within the scheduled project time deadlines
• Working collaboratively with other function al teams to resolve issues or implement solutions, especially in the areas of Finance, Materials Management, Authorisations and Project Systems
• Ensuring that all internal processes and controls are adopted (e.g. call handling, change management, etc.)
• Assisting with the implementation and support for additional Business Units
• Working with the Team Lead and other Consultant/s (Sales & Distribution team) to promote and implement best practices within area of responsibility
• Continuous development of own IT knowledge & sharing of knowledge across team and function

• An in depth knowledge of the utilisation of user exits
• Knowledge of SAP Enterprise Portal (EP)
• Some experience with other related SAP modules (especially PS, MM and FI/CO)
• Basic knowledge of other SAP technologies, including ABAP, PI and BI/BW
• Basic understanding of VAT rules, and SAP set-up, in relation to sales transactions
• Understanding of principles of authorisations

• Supporting the design and development of Six Sigma program strategies and goals, including supporting systems and tools, for quality and business process improvements
• Providing assistance in the implementation of Sigma project portfolios to achieve measurable business process improvements
• Assisting in employing Six Sigma methodology and analytics into organizational operations to meet business goals and objectives
• Participating in planning, developing and implementing Six Sigma projects to meet specific quality and performance standards

• Accredited Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from reputed business organization.
• 2-3 years tenure gained as practicing Lean six sigma Green belt
• Experience in supporting Black belt to drive process improvement initiatives
• Should have experience in conducting Idea generation sessions within teams.
• Demonstrable computer skills- proficient in Visio, Excel & PowerPoint
• Evidence of driving process improvements to improve efficiency and financial performance in previous roles
• Experienced in using a range of 7 QC and common Lean tools including; value stream mapping.

• Mentoring and coaching the team
